What's For Dinner

Country Style Spare Ribs


Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork spare ribs
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Place ribs in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove ribs and discard drippings.
Place ribs back in slow cooker cover with BBQ sauce.
Cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.

What I'm serving with this:
Baked Mac & Cheese
Prepare according to package directions. Place in casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly. (You could also make this from scratch if you're up for it)
Green Beans
(fresh or canned)
