Weekly Meal Plan

We are transitioning over to Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw Foods in that order so the Meal Plan will reflect those changes. I'm trying to limit the amount of meat, dairy and bread we consume, but most of these recipes can be altered to fit your preferences. I know these meal plans won't be for everyone but you may find just one meal to try during the week.

BREAKFAST:
